Arrangements
As an additional courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file most dental
insurance claims and accept an assignment of your dental benefits. All
we ask is that you supply us with up to date information regarding your
carrier and that each appointment you pay the deductible and estimated
costs not covered by your dental insurance policy. We will make every effort
to give you an accurate estimate based upon the information your insurance
carrier supplies to us.
Since payment for dental services is expected at the time services are rendered, we offer several payment options. In addition to check or cash we also accept the American Express Card, Mastercard, Visa and Discover/Novus Cards.
When your investment in dental care exceeds your budget, our financial coordinator can assist you in making alternative arrangements with third party financing companies such as Dental Fee Plan and Care Credit.
